Delivery

We send orders by courier to addresses all over Pakistan.

How long it takes and what it costs

• Time: most orders arrive in 3. Remote areas can take longer.
• Cost: Delivery costs Rs 250 per order, and is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more.

Choose your province at checkout and you will see the delivery charge and the delivery time for it before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises at the door. In a few areas we may ask you to pay first by bank transfer or mobile wallet instead of paying the courier. Checkout tells you if that applies to you.

After you place an order

You get an order number straight away. We then check the order, and we may call or message you on the number you gave to confirm your address. Please keep your phone nearby. The courier will also call when your parcel is close.

When the parcel arrives

• If you chose cash on delivery, pay the courier the total shown on your order. Count your change before the courier leaves.
• Look at the parcel while the courier is with you. If the box is damaged, tell the courier and contact us the same day.

Follow your order

Enter your order number and the mobile number you used at checkout on the track your order page. Once your order has shipped, you will see the courier's name and tracking number there too, with a link to the courier's own tracking page when the courier has one.
